due to a debate 
conflict that 
involved our
students.  We
should be getting
our performance
times this week.

All balances
for the SA 
trip are now
a month past
due!!  Please
pay all balances
on the trip
immediately if
it hasn't been
done already.
Students may
not get on the
bus until all
balances are 
paid AND all
required paperwork
is turned in.

kids!

schedule doctor's appointments
on afternoons that students
are NOT in band practice.
If your child is in the
Wind Ensemble, schedule

Wed, Thurs, or Fri.  If
Your child is in Concert
Band, schedule doctor's 
appointments on Mon, Tues,
Wed or Fri.


If you took a picture at
the band banquet in 
November, they are 
also in my office.  These
pictures must be paid for
and needs to be taken
care of this week.
